RAGE! by Rohn - Lederman

Rohn-Lederman's new album, "RAGE!" is:

in-your face and ragey as a tiger waking you up
from your worst nightmare for his next meal,
not attacking all at once
but the churning and growling disturbance grows intensely
as that single claw jabs and jabs at your arm
until eventually you discover the sharp teeth are
embedded in your ears and won't let go!

Or even beforehand, the sound of plastic
crinkling in the back corner of the closet,
a silent chewing surrounded by muted snarls as
your heart beats faster in the darkness
knowing the dread that awaits you next.

"RAGE!" places you in that moment, over and over,
from new angles and tangles until your feet are immobilized
by what appears a safe comfort and that realization grows
that you are in fact surrounded in ambush.

"RAGE!" is here to attack!!

And as you listen, you recognize
its intense gnawing from within,
as that predator you fear
could in fact be yourself. :)
