I’m back and we’re doing everything we used to do but it feels wrong. We have arguments about things we would have laughed at in the past and we don’t understand each other’s jokes anymore. Admittedly, having people clap and cheer and scream every time I move while on tour has fed my ego very well, and I’ve changed for the worse. I realise that my relationship with myself matters just as much as my relationship with this person. So I work on it. Ultimately is a message to my ego, I want it gone.
