Being one of our favourites Manx pieces to play, and sing, solo, we couldn’t not do a duo version of this traditional song! False Love tells the story of a man who has discovered that his love has proved false to him but, even though he knows this, he still remains hopeful.

Manx Gaelic singer Ruth Keggin and Scottish harpist Rachel Hair first met 10 years ago during the small hours of a trad music session on the Isle of Man. Having since worked alongside each other in several musical projects celebrating the coming together of Celtic nations, both on the island and beyond, their mutual love and respect for each others roots and traditions has led to this new duo
