Offerings by Sarah Noell

Offerings is a collection of songs, some of them new, some of them a year or two old, that is a reflection of years in stasis. What should I be wanting, offering, creating, doing with my limited time? How can I justify stillness, do I need to? It answers the same question over and over again, a quote from an Eileen Myles poem,

"why shouldn’t
something
I have always
known be the

is."

This, at the very least is...
