Time Rift by Secret Archives of the Vatican
There were bitter and chaotic wars after the Time Rift manifested - until order was restored and this existential threat to all was contained and restricted with the agreement of the then warring factions. However, there remain small groups of temporal displacement terrorists who wish to disrupt and control the timeline. We have no way to know whether they have ever succeeded, of course.
