I faced my darkness it made me sick
I drink to get my courage up
Trying to forget it
I can’t let go the thoughts in my head
I don’t know why I can’t comprehend
I sleep to run away, it makes me safe
These dreams turn into nightmares
I’m starting to loose faith

I tasted bitterness, and it was sour
Chaos and the sirens kept creeping ever hour

And my words keep failing me

I close my eyes
All I see are shadows all around me
But your voice is my remedy
