This is the jazz drums on the album "Dancing man to the stars" i made.

I bought a tascam dr-40 and I have done all my recordings with it. When i get more moola I hope to buy a better recorded and better mics but if you are a musician on a budget the tascam dr-40 will do the trick to record you easily. They cost under $190 new. I hope this helps you if you are a musician on a budget and looking to record music and sound pretty good.
You can also download a free music editing program called Audacity that works for mac and windows and there are plenty of extra effects like reverb and compression that you can download for free.
