Welcome to The Circus! There is a very intentional note of Humor and Sarcasm in this one. The Circus is one of a few tunes on this Album that points a Mirror back at our culture and society here in America. We quip to be sure ala lines like "The Tr-Lateral Consortium...", however the overarching message is to "Out" the so called Leaders and the money men behind them. With a view to the influences they propagate and the way they affect change for their own ends in everything and everyone their madness touches, The Circus shine Light into the very Grey and shady all around us.
