Anda Volley is a singer-songwriter & producer based in Boston, Massachusetts. Her music spans from indie rock & electro pop to ambient & experimental noise. Basically everything Silber. We’re happy to have her join the Silber family with an entry in our 5in5 series.
On Paper Moon you can hear the influences on Anda Volley from the 1980s (Laurie Anderson & Siouxsie & the Banshees) with a personal modern take. Not a lift of the past, but what we are what we eat. Goth, experimental electronics, noise, poetry, slowcore, whatever other names you have for personal heartfelt experimental sonic excursions. In five minutes Anda takes you into her world of broken dolls trapped in an attic.
