Yellow6 is back again with a two track 21 minute EP of guitar drone experiments fresh from the mind of Jon Attwood. Continuing his twenty year tradition of loop driven ambient guitar beauty, the music speaks for itself & why Yellow6 has become a staple of the genre.
“Springsun” was recorded on one of those days when the sun battles to fight through the damp grey mist of a British early spring day. “Conrad#2” was one of two single take improvised pieces written in the wake of the death of Tony Conrad. Not inspired directly by him, but certainly by thinking of him & his influence.
Sit back for a hypnotic submersive drone bath & feel the warmth of home on a cold spring day.
