Mountains from Dragonfly Season by Man Go Be
One night riding toward Southport, the sun sunk over the horizon in a red and purple band as I approached the bypass before Wilmington taking me south of the river. I had my tape recorder and a strong and driving song came through the setting night and I pressed record.
Later on I sat with it and the words became clearer much like the effect of wiping a smeared glass with a clean rag.
The song grew strong over time, sinking roots deeper until finally blooming for your ears on this album.
