One studio night, while chasing the sonic equivalent of a runaway train, this track burst forth. The harmonica wails like the wind screaming past the gondola, and then the electric guitar solo hits – that’s the unbridled power of ascent. It’s about that breath of freedom, leaving the city’s grime behind and racing towards the sunrise with your partner in crime. We aimed to capture the sheer thrill of escape, that unbound feeling of flight.
