Stereoscope by CL BOB

Recorded over two days by Richard Caigou during Nov 27/28 2000 at Massey University, Wellington NZ. The concept of this album was very definitely minimalism and groove and a kind of Scandinavian freedom too, I suppose. Originally this album was actually two albums but we ran into some problems so we had to make the original two orange albums into one.

Alpaca Brothers in ‘84 in Dunedin, NZ. NZ Jazz album of the year in 2002 - Stereoscope by CLBob. That group released 3 albums and performed relentlessly for 10 years. In 2007 moved to Lima, Peru, played for another 7 years. Moved to Auckland in 2017. Currently plays with Bilders, BOAT Palcontents, Household Spirits, Julie Mason.
