Remnants by Tanaya Harper
Remnants was written during a songwriting retreat with Producer, Anna Laverty. I woke early in the morning to a quiet chalet, sat at the piano and started writing. The song is a meditation on how abandonment issues often negatively impact the ability for healthy relationships to flourish. Feeling genuine love and respect for the self is imperative for healthy relationship dynamics to develop, so Remnants is my ode to this learning chapter.
