The Brainwash was born in Rome in 1999 by the merger of two bands: The Stone Throwing Devils and The D.e.f.i.r. The band draws influences both the first thrash metal bands, punk and hardcore from the second grain. founded by Fabio "Anarchybrain" Varrone leader of this band
