Original Sin by The Fall Line

The Fall Line is a collaborative musical project led by Montreal songwriter Ryan Stotland and producer Dan Mosovitch. Together they combine Ryan’s folk inspired songs with Dan’s modern production style to create their own folk-pop sound. The Fall Line is a unique project, as different vocalists are brought in to lend their voices over Ryan and Dan’s music. On their first EP released in 2014, the songs were beautifully delivered by Hallie Gyles and Emily Skahan. Their single Original Sin won the CBC searchlight competition in Montreal and finished in the top 4 nationwide sparking their music to be played across Canada and their music videos to go viral on youtube. CBC producer Grant Lawrence was impressed by the cinematic and "indie noir" qualities of the music and said that "it sounded plucked straight from a Quentin Tarantino soundtrack."
