Valentine Treats by The Great Gambino

Had a show scheduled at The News Cafe on Valentine's Day, but it was canceled due to a few other acts backing out. Assuming that the other performers have loving partners and were able to schedule better and more romantic plans. Although, I can't think of anything else more romantic than hanging out in downtown Pawtucket, RI on Valentine's Day, but, hey, that's just me.

I had written a few new songs for the show so I felt inspired to record them in an attempt to repair my declining mental health after enduring some recent devastating events. Music heals. Happy Valentine's Day, I guess.

John plays classical guitar (an old beat-up Yamaha), bass guitar (a sparkly gold Musicvox MI-5), a melodica on one song, shakers on a few songs, and also makes feeble attempts at singing leads and harmonies.

John also wrote all the songs, recorded all the songs, mixed all the songs, obsessed over all the songs in a very short period of time.
