Identity Overdose by The Pleasure Cast
Written with a technique I like to call 'automatic music'. Basically hit record and just 'jam' the whole song. No pre prepared lyrics or music. Just make it up, ad lib, on the fly.
Results can vary and the songs are never perfect but it keeps ones mind pretty sharp and can often yield interesting results. Though you'll be the judge of that inevitably.
