EVIL by moody alien & the band that never was
A collage of live studio jams over existing compositions (spring 2010), with additional (pre & post) recordings.
The "original" versions of these tracks ended up on different albums (#1 on "a moody alien in the dark" https://moodyalien.bandcamp.com/album/a-moody-alien-in-the-dark, #2 on "long lost" https://thirstyleavesmusic.bandcamp.com/album/long-lost, #3 & 4 on "no evil" https://moodyalien.bandcamp.com/album/no-evil). These versions -forged out of mostly recorded rehearsals that were meant to lead to the formation of a live band- came out significantly different, due to the improvisation & editing procedure involved, which became a useful guide for my following projects.
PS: This would-be band (provisionally named "mal.o") disbanded after only 3-4 rehearsals...
