The Bean by Tidehouse

Three years ago, I began to release a number of unofficial mini-albums on Soundcloud to help raise money for the charity bike ride across the state of New Jersey, which my wife and I undertake each year in aid of Multiple Sclerosis.

The albums were mostly lo-fi instrumentals but they were incredibly fun to record and proved surprisingly popular. You could download the tunes for free or if you wanted, you could donate as small sum to the MS charity and everybody got something out of the event.

Originally released under the names Prior Cargo and Those Quiet Horses, this remixed and remastered collection features the best of the original tunes, plus some bonus tracks which were omitted from the mini-albums.

Tidehouse is a project by UK born songwriter, Simon Godfrey. He has been releasing original music for thirty years.

Simon lives in Philadelphia, USA with his wife. He loves greyhounds and naps.
