Shadow Noir from Dark Past by Timerogue
Timerogue is a symbiotic cyberpunk from the year 2070. In an attempt to travel back into the past of 1986 to save the future his time traveling device malfunctioned and now he is eternally trapped in the future and past at the same time. He is able to communicate in the present tense through musical frequencies only.
