Eclectic mix of songs out of a box from early North Texas days from my ranch "12 acres of joy" Punk song "Poison Lemonade" was my rendition of lyrics and a life story from a friend Margaret McClure. "The River is cold" from a downward spiral time in my life in Iowa in the middle of winter standing on Memorial bridge over icy waters. "On a fence" a song recorded on 4 track Tascam cassette from a burnt down church near lake Ray Roberts off hwy 455 in the 90's. Haley written for Dana Russel's daughter and the twins who were to young to know the torture from the abuse of their father. I hated him. I hated how he was trying to control them but... I was in love with Dana who couldn't free, even herself, from the fear he set in them so I thought of an old Irish song of angels and how every once in a while we realize we are angels of love. All of us on Earth. We also are fools. So I prayed hard for them and thought about that and it is still today, timeless. Haley grew up to be a very awesome person. So did the twins and Dana I still love.
