I work hard until I fall
And the people I work for they don’t
even know what I’m going through
To see something new
In what I do
I can’t even recall
When I’ve spent the night catching all that sleep
That would save me now
From this bitter reality
It must have gently slipped out of my hand
This state of mind, I can’t understand
I’m not entertaining

Why can I not just leave
Securities and fears behind
Can I finally get
This frustration out of my mind?
I feel the need to exaggerate
As exaggeration liberates!
And I’d love to have it all
I can feel it all the way
Even if only for a day
Changing places for second chances
Everyday!
