Unfiled is proud to present Good Moon Deer’s second album, Point.
What began its life as in-studio improvisations has been edited and re-arranged time and again to create an intricate web of barely-there negative space grooves with unpredictable synthwork and ominous vocal snippets conjuring a sinister mood. The possibility of everything falling apart and giving way to chaos looms large in this music. Hard to classify, Point owes a debt to contemporary UK techno, heady ‘90s electronica, and the sound design of current post-club experimental music.
