tape [FRKD011] by p.run
Within the context of Salzburg’s club culture association Freakadelle, a fruitful collaboration by the name of p.run has developed between the two members PAWA and Harun Agaca. We are now happy to present their first joint album “tape“.
The musical style of the album ranges from break beat, downbeat, tracks for the dance floor to murky atmospheric ambient sequences. While side A keeps the listener enthralled by broken, dubby dancefloor tracks with driving basslines, which are always pillowed in encouraging atmospheric layers, side B reveals a much darker, almost menacing emotion with gloomy atmospheric sounds, which sometimes get interrupted by persistent acid synth lines.
