LAGÁN is the music project created back in 2003 by Vince Gagliardi, born from a deep-seated impulse to express the nostalgia for the sounds that shaped his youth. Emerging from the dark and atmospheric worlds of 80s synth-pop and darkwave, LAGÁN draws heavy inspiration from iconic acts like Depeche Mode, The Cure, Nine Inch Nails, and all the 80's synth-pop classic music acts. With melancholic synthesizers, industrial fashioned E-drums, a driving bass, and introspective vocals, Vince brings to life a music that echoes the haunting beauty of his influences while carving out his own emotional soundscape.

Known for his work under various aliases, including The Nent, Vince also runs his own label, Vūmantra Records, where he releases music as Vū. With a treasure trove of unreleased tracks from 20 years old hard drives and fresh ideas on the horizon, LAGÁN promises to be a prolific and ever-evolving project. Expect a steady flow of obscure, emotive releases from Vince's archives and new explorations alike. Stay tuned, as there's much more to come from LAGÁN and its creator.
