"Kazakami" は"Keep the window open"シリーズからの4thシングル。
"Keep the window open"は東京在住のプロデューサーWatasinoによる、Ambeatのシリーズ。これはSCMからリリースされた前作 "You are not alone" アルバムで掲げた”孤独からの開放”というテーマの続編となる。
Watasinoはかつての孤独から脱した今、少しずつ自分のサウンドが変容してきたことを自覚している。そしてそれは移りゆく人生の中で今この瞬間にしか出せない音である。
テーマが指す”窓”とは心のようなものだ。心を開いておくこと。誰かとの繋がりを求めること。そういった想いの一つ一つがインスピレーションになっている。
またこのシリーズでWatasinoはスピリチュアルジャズや民族的なサウンドへの関心をサンプリングという形で表現へと転換し、SP404mk2とAbletonを用いて独自の形に再構築している。
そして独自にシンセサイズ／加工されたノイズ・テクスチャは、ヴァイナルノイズがローファイというファッションをまとうための道具になってしまっていることに対するアンチテーゼである。

"Keep the window open" is an Ambeat series by Tokyo-based producer Watasino. This is a continuation of the theme of "freedom from loneliness" that was featured in the previous album "You are not alone" released by SCM.
Now that Watasino has emerged from his former isolation, he has noticed that his sound has gradually changed. And it is a sound that can only be made at this moment in a changing life.
The "window" that the theme refers to is something like the heart. Keep an open mind. Seeking a connection with someone. Each of these thoughts is an inspiration.
And in this series, Watasino turns his interest in spiritual jazz and ethnic sounds into an expression in the form of sampling, reconstructing them into his own form using SP404mk2 and Ableton.

Watasino is an Okinawan-born, Tokyo-based producer who made his debut in August 2020 with the release of his EP "Golden Fruits".
He is slowly gaining attention as he was in charge of the music for the movie "真・事故物件 / 本当に怖い住民たち (2022)" which became a hot topic in Japan in 2022.
He mainly produces Lo-Fi Hiphop, but he is also good at experimental expression as well as chill atmosphere.
