Nie widzi bo - sekretów strzeże woda,
Pęta ich strach - ich serca dusi woda,
Piach, krzyk i mgła - i zwierząt jej nie szkoda.

Mężów i żon - porwanych, domem woda,
Wtulonych w toń - ukrywa na dnie woda,
I Dziatek żal - nieczule zmyje woda,
i Węże fal - co kuszą w jej ogrodach.

Sight not reaching - when body is cuddled by water,
Does not see them - secrets are guarded by water,
Chained by fear - their hearts are strangled with water,
Scream, sand and fog - she don't feel sorry for creatures.

Husbands and wives - kidnapped, their home is water,
Snuggled in the water - hides them in the depth,
And the grief of children - the heartlessly water will wash it away,
and snakes of the waves - which tempt in her gardens.
