Cry, is a raw, heart-on-sleeve ode to the messy, cathartic release we all need but rarely embrace. Known for her wild, energetic approach to the violin, Xani layers lush loops and gritty riffs to create a sonic space where emotions can run free, unfiltered and raw.
Recorded with Cristian Barbieri (The CB3, Thndo) in their home studio, Cry feels like a release that’s been building up for a lifetime—a rebellious, unapologetic plunge into the beauty of letting go. It’s vulnerable, it’s powerful, and it’s Xani in her element: fierce, unflinching, and alive.
Cry is a call to shed the weight of the world, and, once the tears dry, to muster the strength to make peace with it—or change it, together.
