DIM (Reissue) by Xerxes The Dark
DIM was the first Xerxes The Dark album (as Xerxes). The album produced with the minimum budget possible by Morego Dimmer at DIM*Studio [as he was only a high school student at the time].
DIM originally printed and self-released as CD-R inside Iran and between friends. After a while, DIM released via Amduscias Records (AMR050) and Smell The Stench (sts-net 290) in late 2006.
The original version contains more songs which are not included in this edition. In contrast, the reissue version presents more quality and depth. Remastering has been done wisely to enhance the stereo imaging and improve the overall quality, nevertheless, reissue edition stills minimal, nostalgic and as pure as the original version.
The word "DIM" that appeared on artwork was written by blood (after self mutilation of Morego Dimmer in winter 2005).
