After a bunch of delays, a bunch of changes in direction, and being by far my most indecisive beat tape yet, 1UP is finally here in it's final form.

I released NERD earlier this year, and that was the original vision for my video game themed beat tape, but I eventually scrapped that idea, and kept changing things, before going down the all trap route, changing the name and creating 1UP. It had to get a new cover to go along with it's new identity of course, and it's similar to NERD as it's an indirect sequel or spiritual successor in a way, and maybe one day I'll make another one with a new title, keep the game theme and cover style too, who knows.

This is my 15th beat tape, and was supposed to release in early 2024, planned before Day To Day, when it was NERD 1.0, but I couldn't figure out what to do with it. I then was going to release it at the start of 2025 as 1UP but then I ended up finishing Never Gonna Stop, then releasing an updated version of NERD, then Just Some Beats... Well we got there in the end, here it is, thank you for waiting patiently, and thank you for supporting me.

I have so many more cool beat tapes I want to share with you all, one more in 2025 and many more in 2026.
